This blog is first and foremost a form of therapy for me to release my mental anguishes and thoughts instead of harboring them inside. I’ve never blogged or had a diary so this is all new to me. As stated in my first post aside for myself I hope to be able to reach others who feel the same way I do and not feel alone. This will be me uncensored through panic attacks and good days. You will get to know me as a person throughout my posts.
